The role of a Sales Account Manager at Expoint – a job searching platform made solely for the tech industry – is one of the most influential and rewarding positions in the tech industry. An Expoint Sales Account Manager is responsible for devising and maintaining relationships with partner companies, potential customers, and other vendors outside the company. The goal is to increase sales and profits for the business. The Sales Account Manager is also responsible for expanding and developing the customer base and driving market development with strategic initiatives. They may work independently or in teams to generate leads and build successful relationships with partners and customers. This role requires outstanding communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, solve problems, work well under pressure, and devise strategies for successful collaboration with customer and partners. Sales Account Managers must also possess strong project management skills, financial acumen and an understanding of the tech industry. Sales Account Managers at Expoint should be customer-focused and motivated to build strong and long-lasting relationships. They should be able to effectively manage their customer portfolio, respond quickly to customer inquiries and demands, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads. Success in this role will require the Sales Account Manager to stay abreast of market trends, identify and resolve potential customer issues, and articulate their services and solutions to customers in an effort to optimize overall customer experience. Expoint Sales Account Managers must be able to analyze and interpret data to enhance customer relationship management and identify future strategies and opportunities. A successful Sales Account Manager at Expoint should have the drive, determination, and proven record of success in growing business with customer accounts.
